Qualifications, Skill Set

A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are required.

Required Experience

Minimum 8 years’ experience of applied experience in web/cloud hosting support.

Broad knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures, coupled with practical knowledge of problem management and the principles and processes of implementing and delivering IT services.

Hands on experience in data centre and cloud technologies.

Applying IT concepts and architectures.

Implementing and delivering IT services.

Analyzing the technology environment.

Setting the collaboration framework.

Creating a solution prototype.

Participating in technology selection.
