IT Technical Sales Trainer

Description:

We are looking for a passionate IT Technical Sales Trainer who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge in IT hardware and software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams on IT products, solutions, and services.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos to support learning.
• Explain complex technical specifications in simple, sales-oriented terms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and track participant progress.
• Support sales personnel during customer interactions and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, product launches, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain a training calendar and prepare periodic performance and progress reports.

Requirements:

• A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
• In-depth understanding of IT hardware, software, and solutions.
• Ability to convert technical details into value propositions for sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, product training, or sales enablement.
