Minimum 3 years’ of experience.
Proven experience working in a technical writing position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.

Developing comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
Creating user-friendly, easy-to-read writing material that will engage their intended audience.
Obtaining a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex production information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
Creating tutorials to help end-users perform a variety of applications with ease
Developing and maintaining detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
Evaluating current content and developing innovative approaches for improvement.
