Required Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor.

In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

In-depth knowledge in respective application development technology.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project management of respective technology like Java, Python or Go etc

Managing the operating and admin.

Leading and motivating the team along with communicating goals and targets.

Managing the performance of the team by observing results.

Resolving conflicts by finding the root cause.

Exhibiting time-management skills to meet the deadline.
