Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to match candidates to the company’s culture and role requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant teams.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment.

Requirements:

  • A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
