Qualifications, Skill Set

B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ equivalent

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of in-depth experience in automation testing in an agile environment.

Experience with REST API testing automation.

Strong understanding of Core JAVA and object-oriented concepts.

Understanding of the product development life cycle, with specific experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Good overview of SDLC processes, requirement specifications, software development and software debugging.

Experience in Java Integrated Development Environments (e.g., Eclipse IDE).

Expertise in test-driven development.

Experience working on technical projects within a team.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as SVN or GIT.

Roles & Responsibilities

Tester Designs and develops test automation software code.

Runs automated software and system tests.

Develops software documentation.

Builds and executes test cases and records test results.

Strong API Testing.

Experience with performance testing tools like Jmeter is a plus.

Experience with integration of test automation software into CI/CD process is a plus.

UI and/or API level test automation expertise.

Experience with Python libraries for big data and S3 storage are also pluses.

Should be comfortable working in both Linux and Windows development environments.
