L2 Support Engineer
Technical support to end customers in case of any issues and support problem solving. Post-sale activities for the small to large trunk key projects Conducting POC to the customer and presenting product / solution to the customer Install, manage & troubleshoot VMware, Windows servers, RedHat systems Knowledge of DELL / HPE server & storage hands on installations. Manage and troubleshoot network devices. (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, access points etc.) Installation of OS and maintenance of end point and server systems as required. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, Windows operating system and networking problems. Communication with Vendors for their support and related activities. Install, manage & troubleshoot VoIP Telephony system, Video Conferencing and other multimedia devices. Support for IT infra activities / new projects. Provides remote support to end user. Knowledge of cloud technologies like (Azure, AWS, Goole)
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering graduate / Diploma or professional qualification in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience.
Hands on experience on various Technologies – Servers, Networks, Storage Infrastructure The person must exhibit a service oriented mentality and attitude to learn new technologies. Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English and ability to communicate fluently across all levels.
